Back in 2006, Jeremy began his long journey in the restaurant business when he went to culinary school in Chicago. Over time, his desire to be his own boss and his experience and passion in hospitality and culinary arts led him to Piknik Park! He bought this beautiful yellow cart in 2020 and made Sauc'd what it is today! Owning a food cart allows Jeremy to do what he would do for free (if he didn't have bills to pay) while also allowing him to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Jeremy lives in Sellwood with his adorable cat, Fat Boy, and absolutely loves being a part of this neighborhood!
